Parking Rules & Enforcement

This property is monitored and enforced by 502 Towing & Recovery. Vehicles parked in violation of posted rules may receive a parking violation notice, be booted, or be towed.

IMPORTANT: Parking rules may be changed or updated at any time. Always follow posted signage and property instructions.

Immediate Enforcement

  • Fire lane or no-parking zone
  • Blocking access, dumpsters, mailboxes, or another vehicle
  • Double parking
  • Handicap violations
  • No license plate or invalid tag
  • Stolen registration sticker
  • No valid parking permit
  • Unauthorized or oversized vehicles
  • Parking on grass, curb, or sidewalk
  • Vehicle creating a safety hazard
  • Vehicle on jacks

48-Hour Compliance Violations

  • Expired registration
  • Inoperable or wrecked vehicle
  • Leaking fluids
  • Abandoned vehicle
  • Improper permit display

Parking Violation Notices

For violations that do not require immediate towing, a Parking Violation Notice may be issued.

The notice must be paid and the violation must be corrected within 48 hours.

If the violation is not corrected and the notice is not paid within the required time, the vehicle may be subject to additional enforcement including booting or towing without further notice.

Additional fees may apply for continued non-compliance.

Conduct Notice

Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior may be documented. This may result in additional charges and extended enforcement actions.
