What a structured program means

Ad-hoc towing generates complaints because it looks arbitrary to residents. A structured program removes that: the same violation gets the same response every time, the rules are posted where people park, and every action is recorded. Residents may not like being towed, but they can see it was applied evenly.

Three ways to run enforcement

• Call-in: the manager or a designated agent requests removal per your policy. Best for smaller communities or targeted enforcement.
• Patrol: scheduled patrols inside approved hours and boundaries. Good for chronic violators and fire-lane or ADA control.
• Hybrid: call-in on weekdays, patrol nights or weekends — tuned to your property's actual traffic pattern.

What we enforce

• Fire lanes, hydrants, red curbs, and blocked access or egress.
• ADA spaces, access aisles, and ramp obstructions.
• Permit-only and assigned spaces, plus guest and overflow rules.
• Double-parking, and parking on sidewalks, grass, or landscaping.
• Abandoned and inoperable vehicles — flat tires, no plates, expired tags, visibly untouched for weeks.
• Loading zones, dumpster blocks, and EV-charger blocking.

Notice policyNon-immediate violations can get a 48-hour sticker before any tow, if your policy requires it. Immediate hazards — fire lanes, hydrants, blocked ADA access — may be towed without prior notice, in line with the ordinance and your posted rules.

Reporting back to management

• Photo logs available to managers for every action taken on the property.
• Summary reports showing volume, violation types, and repeat offenders.
• Optional monthly audit packets for owners and boards.
• A clear paper trail when a resident escalates to the owner or the city.

Vehicle scope

We handle light-duty and most medium-duty vehicles — anything heavier than an F-150 up to and including an F-450, weight and access dependent. Heavy-duty units are outside our scope. EV and hybrid procedures follow manufacturer guidance, which means no dragging drive wheels and transport mode where it applies.
