If an agency ordered your vehicle towed, it went to a different operator and that agency can tell you which one. What we do handle is the tow you ask us for, at a scene police happen to be managing.

What to do while you wait

1. 1Get yourself and your passengers somewhere safe, away from moving traffic — behind a barrier if you're on the interstate.
2. 2Call 911 first if anyone is hurt or if the vehicles are blocking a travel lane.
3. 3Photograph the scene yourself before anything is moved, including the other vehicle's plate.
4. 4Collect the other driver's insurance information and the responding officer's report number.
5. 5Tell our dispatcher whether the vehicle is drivable, whether it rolls and steers, and where you want it taken.
