Keep your lots clear, compliant, and low-drama. Our private-property impound program serves apartments, HOAs, retail centers, and workplaces across Louisville–Jefferson County, Shepherdsville, and surrounding areas. We combine TowBook photo documentation, ordinance-aligned authorizations, and predictable communication so managers get clean lots without resident blowback.
How Our PPI Program Works
Parking Review (Onboarding): Walk the property with management, map zones, define violations, and set escalation rules.
Signage & Notices: Post compliant signs at entrances and key areas; provide resident letters and permit templates as needed.
Authorization Flow: Every tow is authorized per ordinance by the owner or authorized agent; approvals are documented in TowBook.
Documentation: Time-stamped photos of signage, plate/VIN, vehicle position, violation, and final placement in the lot or at destination.
Transparent Releases: Clear, itemized receipts; published lot hours; after-hours releases when permitted.
Reporting: Manager access to photo logs and summary reports; optional monthly audit packets.
Enforcement Options
Call-In: Manager or designated agent requests removal per policy. Best for smaller communities or targeted enforcement.
Patrol: Scheduled patrols within approved hours and boundaries. Great for chronic violators and fire-lane/ADA control.
Hybrid: Call-in weekdays, patrol weekends or nights—tailored to your traffic patterns.
What We Enforce (Examples)
Fire lanes, hydrants, and blocked access/egress
ADA spaces, access aisles, and ramp obstructions
Permit-only or assigned spaces; guest and overflow rules
Double-parking, sidewalk/grass/landscaping parking
Abandoned/inoperable vehicles (flat tires, no plates, excessive dust/tags)
Loading zones and dumpster blocks
EV-charger blocking and roadway obstruction
Notice Policy: Non-immediate issues can receive a 48-hour violation sticker before towing, if your policy requires it. Immediate hazards (fire lanes, hydrants, blocked ADA access) may be towed without prior notice in line with ordinance and posted rules.
Vehicle Scope (Light & Medium Duty)
We handle light- and many medium-duty vehicles—anything heavier than an F-150 up to and including an F-450 (weight/access dependent). Heavy-duty units are out of scope. EV/Hybrid procedures follow manufacturer guidance (no wheel dragging; transport/ship modes used).
