I found my vehicle. What do I bring?
Current vehicle registration with a matching VIN, government-issued photo ID, and cash for the full balance. Titles, bills of sale, and insurance cards are not accepted as proof of ownership.
The search says you don't have it. Where else could it be?
We only perform private-property impounds. If law enforcement ordered the tow, the vehicle went to a different operator — contact the agency that ordered it. If you believe the vehicle was stolen, file a police report.
Why doesn't it show where the vehicle was towed from?
Because that would tell anyone with your plate number where you park. Dispatch can confirm the location once you've verified you're the owner.
Is the balance shown final?
No. Storage accrues daily, so the figure shown is only accurate to today. Call dispatch for the exact amount before you travel.
