This is what the new parking permit should look like.
Parking Permits
Residents must register their vehicle and display a valid permit. Use the Register Parking Permit button above.
Permit required: Vehicles without a valid permit must park in Visitor Parking only, or they may be towed.
Immediate Tow (No Warning)
The following violations may be towed immediately:
- Double parking
- No parking zone
- Fire lane
- No license plate
- Altered or fake temporary tag
- Stolen registration sticker
- Handicap violations
- Parking on grass or curb
- Blocking dumpster
- No parking permit / altered permit
- Guest in resident space
- Blocking access or mailboxes
- Unregistered / no tags
- Vehicles on jacks
48-Hour Warning Required
A 48-hour notice is required before towing for:
- Expired registration
- Inoperable / wrecked vehicle
- Leaking fluids / environmental hazard
- Abandoned vehicle (flat tires, broken windows, excessive dust, etc.)
- Improperly placed license plate (tag cannot be in window)
A warning notice may be placed on the vehicle for 48-hour violations.
