Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior may be documented as part of the impound record. Such conduct may increase on-site handling time, affect administrative processing, and result in additional charges as permitted by applicable law.

Parking Permits & Visitor Parking

IMPORTANT PERMIT & VISITOR NOTICE Crestview at Louisville issues and manages its own resident parking permits.

Residents do not register their vehicles in the 502 Towing & Recovery permit system.

All resident vehicles must properly display a valid Crestview-issued parking permit when parked in resident or reserved spaces.

Crestview provides designated visitor parking. Visitors must park only in marked visitor spaces and follow any posted time limits. Visitors parked in resident or reserved spaces, fire lanes, or other restricted areas may be towed without warning.

Always follow posted signage on site. If you are unsure whether a specific space is allowed parking, do not park there or contact property management before leaving your vehicle.

Immediate Tow (No Warning)

  • Fire lane or designated no-parking / tow-away zone
  • Blocking access, drive lanes, hydrants, dumpsters, mailboxes, or another vehicle
  • Parking in resident or reserved space without a valid Crestview permit
  • Guest parked in resident or reserved space
  • Handicap violations
  • No license plate, altered or invalid tag, or improperly displayed plate
  • Parking on grass, curb, or sidewalk
  • Oversized or unauthorized vehicles
  • Vehicle creating a safety hazard
  • Vehicle on jacks or unsafe supports

48-Hour Notice Required

  • Expired registration
  • Inoperable or wrecked vehicle
  • Leaking fluids or environmental hazard
  • Abandoned vehicle
