IMPORTANT CONDUCT NOTICE:
Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior may be documented as part of the impound record.
Such conduct may increase on-site handling time, affect administrative processing,
and result in additional charges as permitted by applicable law.
Interactions may be audio and/or video recorded for documentation purposes.
Parking Policy (No Permits Required)
IMPORTANT PARKING NOTICE
This is a no-permit property.
Residents and guests are not required to register their vehicles for a parking permit at Park Place Apartments.
All vehicles must still follow posted parking rules and signage. Vehicles parked in violation of the rules
below or on-site signs may be towed without further warning.
If you are unsure whether a specific area is allowed parking, do not park there or contact management
before leaving your vehicle unattended.
Immediate Tow (No Warning)
- Fire lane or designated no-parking zone
- Blocking access, drive lanes, hydrants, dumpsters, mailboxes, or another vehicle
- Double parking
- Handicap violations
- No license plate, altered or invalid tag, or improperly displayed plate
- Stolen registration sticker
- Parking in any clearly posted “No Parking” or “Tow-Away” area
- Oversized or unauthorized vehicles
- Parking on grass, curb, or sidewalk
- Vehicle creating a safety hazard
- Vehicle on jacks
48-Hour Notice Required
- Expired registration
- Inoperable or wrecked vehicle
- Leaking fluids or environmental hazard
- Abandoned vehicle
- Improper plate placement (not in window where applicable)
Resident Discounts
Park Place Apartments residents may qualify for discounted rates on certain
voluntary service calls provided by 502 Towing & Recovery.
- Lockouts
- Jump starts
- Tire changes
- Local tows (limits may apply)
Discounts apply to voluntary service calls only and do not apply to impound or enforcement tows.
